Roi Schechter advises clients on a broad range of civil and commercial matters, specifically corporate law and corporate liquidation.

Roi is also experienced in the areas of commercial litigation, intellectual property, estates, and real estate.

Roi was part of the firm’s team handling the insolvency proceedings and debt arrangements in the Heftsiba Group case – one of the largest insolvency cases in Israel to date, and which included several construction projects, thousands of creditors, and a complex group of related private and publicly traded companies.

Roi was also on the firm’s team that coordinated the Karta Central Jerusalem Development Company insolvency case, a large (over $100m) and complex project.
